Hi friends,
Short heads-up on this weeks topics. As you might recall from the previous issues of this newsletter, I hosted a course for people applying for medical school in Austria. I was really skeptical at first, but it all worked perfectly fine. The participants were engaged into the topics and I felt really confident in what I was telling them. I guess that presenting yourself like you actually know what you are talking about, is the most important part.
Of course, due to this being my first time hosting a course, there’s still room for improvement. Yet I believe that I did a sufficient job. Also I got asked to hold a second course in 2 months time, so I’ll make sure to keep you guys updated on that.
In your eyes, what makes someone a good tutor/teacher? What qualities would you be looking for when you pay money for a course? I’d be very glad to hear your thoughts on this.
Yet there is another thing I am asking of you. Most of you probably know that besides running a YouTube channel, I am also hosting a website. lexidental.com
Currently I am making some changes to the site, as I am not entirely sure, what to post on there and in which timespans. The plan is to make the website a sort of extension of my YouTube channel. With more in-depth content on the topics of the videos, for those interested. That’s why I would appreciate it, if you could let me know, what you’d like to see on the website, or what you find is missing. Feel free to reply to this email by using the forum on my website here.
